This Privacy Policy explains how Black Bull Financial LLC d/b/a Heritage Media ("Heritage Media," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information through workwithheritage.app and related services. Please also read our Terms.

Information we collect

Information you provide, such as your name, company, business details, phone number, email address, and details about your goals, plus basic technical data like browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, schedule calls, provide our services, send messages you have agreed to receive, and improve our website.

SMS / text messaging

If you opt in (for example, by checking the consent box on our contact form or texting us first), Heritage Media may send you text messages to your mobile number.

• Message types: replies to your inquiry, appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders for calls, and account or service updates related to your inquiry or services.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages to buy any goods or services from us.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies, the Meta Pixel and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms, Inc., on this site. The Meta Pixel collects information such as the pages you visit, actions you take (for example, submitting our contact form), your IP address, browser and device information, and cookie identifiers. This information is shared with Meta so we can measure how our ads perform and show relevant ads to people on Facebook and Instagram. Meta may combine it with other information it holds and use it under its own Data Policy. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with Meta or any other third party.

You can decline these cookies using the cookie notice on our site, change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, or manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings (facebook.com/adpreferences). You can also block cookies in your browser settings.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, hosting and CRM), with Meta (advertising and measurement) as described above, when required by law, or to protect our rights. Service providers may use it only to provide services to us, except as described in the "Cookies, the Meta Pixel and advertising" section above, where Meta may also use information under its own Data Policy. We do not sell your personal information. In all cases, text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any sharing described in this policy, as stated in the "SMS / text messaging" section.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards and keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information by contacting us. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
